Why is it unfair that someone who spends money on SEO and Adwords should rank in SEO and Adwords?

Do you have problems with a site being at the top in Adwords that's getting a lot of sales through...

Why would it be "illegal" ?
They probably put in a lot of effort to rank on the first page of SERPs. They may also be spending good amount of money to rank on adwords. They are getting the rewards...

Seriously?
Of course a site can use Adwords and rank organically on the first page!!!! There is nothing wrong with that.
