My advice to new Office Marketers, is to become your own first client, then take on a friend or family members business and help manage that. Pretty soon you can have a small group a new clients...

Selectt all the files you want to put into the zip file.
Then, you can right click on tthe selected files and choose "Send To"
Then choose compressed zip file/folder

On my computer, I right click on the desktop, some empty space, as if to create a new folder, or copy and paste, then, I choose zip folder and it creates a zip folder. Then I copy and paste stuff...

First go to 7-zip.org (http://www.7-zip.org/) and download the file to your computer. If Windows, then download the .exe file.

Once downloaded, double click and it'll ask if you want it...

search google for create zip files. There is a ton of free software/versions.
I use one called 7-zip its free and open source.

Once installed it will be as easy as right clicking on the group...
