you gotta validate those email address. i would recommend using 3rd party smtp server. and send small test like 5k or 10k and see the results.

Monetization? Maybe you could send them to a landing...

Why would he just give away 80,000 emails? Are you sure these aren't dead emails. I just don't see why anybody would give away 80,000 emails. He's clearly not making any money from this list...
