Sure - but I would look ahead and decide if you want to brand your company or a pen name...both have been done (Ex David D'Angelo was a pen name for Eben Pagen with his "Double Your Dating" digital...

Yes. Many white papers do not include an individual author's name, simply listing the company issuing it as such.

If you're feeling weird about it at all, remember corporations are legally people.

Pen name is a good idea!
Team name is also a good one!
But if your target market needs to be approached professionally then company name is suited.

Yes, you can. If you are sure that you can generate consistent long term profits, then register and using a company will give you some tax benefits although it will incur some costs.
