Actually most IM products are solid, its the buyers that scam themselves. Well perhaps not most. Lets say 50% are good and 50% are bad. But Id say 90% of the time its the buyer who screws themselves...

Not really... There are site flippers who buy sites that are dying because they know owners can't salvage them. Some of them buy them for SEO purposes. Some revamp the whole site or split-test, etc....
