SCAM. I've never seen a legitimate buyer ask for an appraisal. They try to get you to buy an appraisal, make money from that, then you'll never hear from them again.

A lot of times this is just a scam for you to pay for valuation and the money will go to them and you'll never hear from that buyer again.

If you're selling domains you don't need valuation...

It's usually better to be grammatically correct if you can. If it has double letters, you have better chances of selling it with the double letters in there. That being said, I personally try to stay...
