I think, google has enhanced it's algorithm so it just love site with great content, it's hard to earn good rank if our site offer useless content

That is a hugely profitable business model...how do I know? I have been doing it for three years and have over 100 clients each paying me$75 - $250 a month. I offer them the domain...

If it's a 'local' domain, like CityNamePainter.com, then it'd be quite possible to sell them just the domain name, since you could tell them that the domain name has great potential to attract...
