Short term, Clickbank. Long term micro niche sites. Clickbank sites take more work, but you'll see a faster ROI. Micro-niche sites (as long as they're relevant) grow in value the longer you have...

Hmm. If I were you, I'd go with a micro-niche site over a Clickbank site. The main reason is because you get paid on clicks, not sales. However, with Clickbank the commissions can be much higher...
