I think hyphens are just treated as spaces by Google so no, it doesn't effect SEO.

Here's some functions:

"Keyword Phrase" will show all of the results of the exact keyword phrase.

-"Keyword Phrase" if you want to exclude a certain keyword phrase.

Site:example.com will...

The key is to be signed in and to disable and CLEAR web history. You can do so here: https://www.google.com/history/?hl=en

You also probably want to set your location to "United States."

Ideally, the H1 tag is the key visible element on the page to tell Google - and your visitors - what the page is about.

A page should be about one thing, in order to craft the content to rank best...
