Hmm.. Because of duplicate content your site's ranking will always suffer. Google wont be able to recognize which page is having most relevancy. And you ranking will fluctuate every day.

I would say if you do proper SEO for your homepage, it will help you get rankings, but Google might eventually penalize your site, for having Duplicate content. Because the inner pages are connected...
