Not sure why adCenter would show many more clicks, but you should look at both your raw and unique clicks on your report. You may have gotten some bot traffic that they did not charge your for as...

The delay could be in your adcenter report. If not, then it could be repeated clicks if you are bidding on content beside search.

Better to use a tracking system as prosper202 to see the clicks...
