It depends upon many factors like:
- niche you're targeting and demand for the product.
- the quality of your product.
- the sales page
- the price of your product.

You need a really good product and lots of results to back up your claims. Once you can make enough sales to show a high EPC affiliates should start mailing out to their lists.

Main thing is that sftp runs on port 22 (ssh port)

So your top text boxes will be:

host: enter hostname

Autoresponder Madness by Andre Chaperon is the best course for this. It's pricey but the info is golden.
