You want to claim the GMB listing and set it as a 'service area' business. This will remove the address but allow them to show up in the local map pack for searches.

The biggest and best in my opinion is Paypal. The simplest out there and you do not need a website to use it. You are only handling 3 clients so no need to overcomplicate this

stripe offers subscription billing, even trial then full price. Nice thing is no monthly fees just charged per transaction.
