Stories do connect. In a marketing email, you do need a hook, and a well told story can make an impact. Having said that, I must admit that I have not always had success in adding a tale like a hook....

It doesn't make a difference whether you choose a .com or a .net for doing business. The only difference is that .com looks "nicer" that the .net but it won't affect you in rankings or anything else....
