At the end of the day, it's all about what you do with the optins...

I have tested with different types of traffic and media, we have seen 1:14 some days then 1:38 other days.. The design has a huge role to play but so does the way you market the page and deliver it...

After that I integrate with Bing traffic and with free source rtaffic as post on blog, forum and create social...

advertising.com (This platform is amazing)
Outbrain.com
Taboola.com
