^^Exactly, give it time bro. Two weeks isn't nearly enough time. Usually what I do is let them marinate for 3-6 months, let them grow some authority before I start dropping any links on them.

It's taken google about a month to finally show backlinks of some of my own domains in WMT, so I wouldn't doubt it could take a few weeks for those sites to get crawled + indexed and backlinks...

There is no footprint by the accounts being in GoDaddy.

The real problem is that you probably bought domains that were not that strong.

And I would never suggest godaddy as a domain registrar as they have a tendency of stealing domains and using their TOS to justify reselling them as Premium Domains.

Yes, it will change the IP if you change the nameservers to a different host. If you are buying from Godaddy auctions, then you do have to keep the domain at Godaddy for at least 60 days. I don't...
