You didn't say what your profit margin is, but at $0.54 per click you would need a conversion rate of over 3% to make a decent profit from a $30 sale. If you are sending traffic to your own landing...

If you are getting clicks and no conversion then the landing page is the problem. If you are not getting clicks then the ad is the problem. You need to find the better landing page that would match...

Just because a page disappears in the SERPs doesn't necessarily mean a penalty, it could be a temporary problem.

Yeah, it's unlikely that you will be able to recover from a link penalty.

So what you want to do is delete the page. Then rebuild the page on a new url of your site (name the url differently)....

New sites & constant low quality links will make a page dance in the SERPs.
My advice is focus on ranking multiple pages for the same [exact] keyword, helps stabilize SERPs, just keep in mind...
