Definitely FOCUS! I am doing IM part time right now so what precious time I do get to spend it is not always the highest value activity that I am working on. Plus I am easily distracted as this work...

Im my opinion one of the biggest things that holds people back is focus.

If you haven't read "the Alchemist", please do so. Its a great book written by a Brazilian author Paulo Coelho. All his books are a great read but the Alchemist is one of the greatest books i've read.
