Everything looks very organized but in my opinion, it's a bit too plain? When we're talking about a 1 to 10 scale I'd give it a 7. Maybe a banner at the top or more dynamic colors here could work?...

You need to see where the traffic is coming from. If it is low tier like tier 3 from Phillipines, Thailand, etc. you won't make anything from clicks. You need traffic from the US, Canada, UK, etc.
