Well done to get your site earning $750/month. There are lots of pros and cons of flipping a site. From past experience i would say that it is best to sell site when it is growing or at it's peak....

Couple reasons you're getting this type of maybe:

1. They're really saying no and they don't want to hurt your feelings. Bad for you because you waste your time chasing them down for a decision....
