If your book is enrolled in KDP select, you cannot sell the digital version of the book anywhere except Amazon. You can sell the paperback version (Createspace)...

If your book is enrolled in KDP select you can't as that program requires you to only sell from Amazon. As for having Amazon ship to an eBay customer, I don't know. Would be a good question for them.
