Since they've given you permission to use their content, it's alright if they are credited properly. Google will see this as syndicated content, instead of duplicate, thus no worries. :)

The font is large enough, but barely. Remember, that old eyes are turned off by small font and they won't hang around long enough to increase the page size. But it's good...
