I had this recently, here's what I did:

Submitted disavow tool for all of the bad links.
Bought a new .com domain
Redirected old domain to new domain

About 1-2 weeks later, all rankings came...

I use Clickbooth, Mobooka, and Deluxe.

Extensive traffic and testing, I've had the best conversions with Mobooka, with Deluxe falling in considerably short.
