You're gonna have a real hard time getting profitable with a payout that low. Even if you got clicks as low as $0.15, you'd need a 10% conversion rate just to stay profitable.

Honestly, I'd move to offers that pay at least $4. There is much more room to test and often the lower paying offers can be kind of shady.

yup. Wordpress should be the ultimate goal. What you can do is use blogger for the timebeing and then host your blogger (since it is on subdomain) on your own domain (you have to pay for that).
