it is ture that most of the people with high incomes and a good amount of wealth ..today are also much healthier than those who have lower incomes..though you do get very rich people with drug habits...

I actually setup an Adwords campaign recently as well, we're still testing things out but plan on scaling up soon.

We're generating inbound leads for web design then upsell them on marketing...

Instead pay for CPM.

I would never spend more than $0.10 per click/like on a page.. and aim for $0.01 as a primary target.

With CPC I had to spend nearly $0.67 per...
