I have two that I use depending on which one offers me a better connection that day. The aforementioned Skype and "Fuze Meeting" Fuze is a solid free program and I highly recommend. ;)

Responsive design is easier to manage and looks great across all phones / tablets.

Yes, I am guessing either functions.php or another plugin over-wrote the slot in the sub-menu where the Permalinks settings was... switching themes or deactivating plugins should get it to reappear.
