Can someone help me with this WP plugin?

I have the old Contest Domination v.1 plugin. It works great and does what I need it to do - except for one problem...

In Chrome and Safari, when the user clicks the "Enter Contest" button, and/or after confirming with aweber, the user is returned to the "Step One" screen:


instead of the "Step Two" screen:



If the user leaves the form blank and clicks the "Enter Contest" button a second time, the correct "Step Two" screen is displayed.

Can anyone help me fix this?

    If it's browser specific, it's likely a javascript or jquery incompatibility. (I don't know the code itself) Didn't it come with upgrade support?

    If there's a new version, do you get a discount on the upgrade?

    In either case, if it were me, I'd start by going to the original developer and asking for an update.

    If I remember right, Contest Domination is now a SaaS. (service)
    I don't think they even sell that plugin anymore.
    You'll need to have a developer update it for you.
    I'm surprised it works at all in WP v4.0
    A lot has happened with WordPress and also Aweber and other autoresponder API's so you really should update the code.
