Does anyone know a Push Notifications Solution that allows you register users and let them send their own PNs? I found Push Note Server but it seems to not let you select multiple Topics to send the same message to?

I found Push Note Server but it seems to not let you select multiple Topics to send the same message to?
I want to be able to tick a box like on Seattle Clouds PN Topics Page and send the same message to multiples like 1st Team, Reserve Team, Ladies Team etc
