Need help in Uploading the video of 126 mb to WP

Hi ,

I have got an video of 126 MB and have converted to HTML 5 Player, but we are not able to upload it to the WordPress website. Can any one please help me and tell me what process should I do to upload the video file of 126 MB.

Looking forward for your suggestions.

  • Your webhost got limited max file size you can upload. If you can access php.ini to change settings, you can set it higher or contact their support for help.

    But you can also try to upload your video using FTP, then there should not be any problem.

    1. edit your php.ini files to increase the max files size
    2. use a ftp client like filezilla to upload your files to your webhost

    • You can change your php.ini max filesize, but if you do change it back to something lower immediately. It can be a significant security risk.
  • Don't you think that uploading it to Youtube would give you more benefits?
