read & reply to website email with outlook

My client has a website with an email account (info@website.com kind of thing) - how do I get round the client having to log in to the website to be able to reply using this email address?

Can my client use Outlook, for example, to receive AND reply so that it looks like it's from her website address?

If they have an email at their own domain they can definitely use Outlook. They just have to get their mailserver details from the webhost and add it as a new account in Outlook.

Thanks, yes I'm aware he can forward mail on etc but when someone receives a a mail he wants it to look like like it has come directly from his website address.
On further thought & discussion with a friend, I am going to decline this client job - getting involved in anything more than supplying the actual email address sounds like a ticking timebomb waiting to go off for me every time Outlook is down/fails to sync etc etc. Dealing with host issues is bad enough!

    Yes it will. i.e email@yourdomain.com

You can use gmail instead of outlook to sync mail (Gmail allows SMPT/POP). In other workds gmail acts as a outlook.
