Lighting cadle script? Is there one?

I am creating a memorial type site and I am looking to add the ability for people to be able to light a candle and leave there name.

I know that it isn't in english but if you click on the green button on top, you can leave your name and something else and the site will light a candle.

I am looking for an easy way to do this if there is an easy way to do it. I found this:

but I don't have any clue about using Joomla.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated for this programming deficient individual.

    Well, if you have no experience in PHP / MySQL it might be a bit hard for you to do it yourself.
    And, given it would really easy to code such a script, I would hire a PHP coder.

    I have not personally seen any commercial or free script with those features ever.

    Basically you would have a database with each candle's data (name, country, ip, when was it posted...) and the site would show the candles starting with the latest posted.

    If you are interested in hiring me for this please let me know through email. I have over 3 years of experience in the field and I'm a PHP security expert - none of the sites I've coded have ever been hacked.

    Otherwise you could use my directions above to code something, but make sure you know how to make the site secure.
