Common PHP support issues?
For you developers that have previously sold PHP software as either stand alone applications or plug-ins - what kinds of issues (not related to coding errors) have been your most common support requests?
I had previously read that session handling on PHP servers can be a common pain as some shared hosting ISP's have chosen to not activate it automatically for their customers for security reasons.
Have you experienced this also or have any other support headaches that were unexpected?
My previous software experience is in extensively in corporate environments where we control the server and PHP configuration. I am planning to branch out and sell some of my own software in the near future so I am curious what unexpected surprises lurk out there with public hosting.
