Log all ip address who visited particular page?

PROGRAMMING

Let's say I have a particular page on my website. I want to track all ips who've visited that particular page. For example it would be a contact us page. So if someone visits my site's let's say homepage, or visits some page with an article, etc.. I don't need to track that visitor, but if that visitor visits my contact us page, I want to log and later see ip of that visitor. I know I could add some tracking tool on that page. Any ideas what could be good for this?

If you are using WordPress there are tools available to trace the IP address of the person who fills up the contact form

  It can be done by creating a simple database with SQL and by adding a PHP code into your page.

It can be done by creating a simple PHP codes inserted on your page and save your visitor details on a text file.
No need to use a database.

But the problem is, if you have lots of visitors, the text filesize will grow large.

  Just grep your apache log file for the page - eg. cat access.log | grep 'my-special-page'..
  
  In other words, you're probably already logging all requests (as it's default behaviour).. you just need to filter them.
