Autoresponder API...Add Contacts

Does anyone know of any existing script(s) that support multiple popular autoresponder API for uploading contacts.

I would optionally be interested in talking with anyone that has existing experience with these API's and could develop this for me.

I looked at Getresponse api and it looks fairly simple, so I guessing others are similar.
