how much is it for a template to get custom made

hi all i seen a template that i would like to put to in one can that be done like remove the normal front page from a template and add the PSD file on the front page and keep everything like normal in the backend for the users if you get what i mean also do you know any places that can do this for me and cheap

  • PSD files are just designs, they have to be converted to HTML/CSS/JS. There are a lot of people who do this kind of work... have you tried Fiverr? Alternatively, Google search "PSD to HTML" and you will find services, tutorials, and other relevant information.
