[Wordpress Error] 404 ?!

I need help with my wordpress webstie...
somehow , every 404(or any other page that is not exist) page goes to this [picture attched]
the html of it is:

    Try go to settings - permalinks and set permalinks to default. Htaccess file may be corrupt somehow.

    Hi there,
    This happens when your links are broken.
    It means that:
    1. There is error in your permalink; or
    2. First you created the link, than changed the permalink but did not updated the link
    To solve these problems just try to back solve this puzzle for the links that are not opening.
