Mobile responsive code for XsitePro?

I loved XsitePro, I didn't like to stop using it. But with the rise of mobile, having no mobile responsiveness was a deal breaker, so I moved to WordPress.

But how would you write mobile responsive code for XsitePro? What would the code be? If that's possible, that would be great.
