Need some advice of creating plugins

Hi all, would like to ask opinion on creating plugin..

If were to hire developer to create plugins for wordpress... How much do you expect to hire them?

Need some suggestion.. for freelancers..

It all depends on a number of things including:
1. Developer's country - currency strength
2. Developer's experience - more is more expensive but better job
3. The developer's hourly rate
4. How big the job is time wise
Personally I have around 16 years of development experience, with about 5 of those on Wordpress. I charge £30 (GPB) per hour as I am from the Uk
