where is the best place to find coders for plugins and addons?

I have a software project and I'm looking to open up the code a bit to some coders so they can develop the plugins for me.

Any suggestions? Any really experienced coders here who are interested?

It might be a fun project and potentially financially worthwhile

  • You can use freelance job board like elance, upwork formally odesk and freelancer.
    Or in this warrior form you can see some developers. Hire developers after checking their work history and portfolio.

      Ok cool. For now I actually meant for a Delphi app. I suppose I can use any of the freelancer sites. Just wanted to check the Warrior forum and see if anyone here was a good fit.
