Best CSS extensions for Google Chrome

Just started learning CSS and have built 1 or 2 sites.

Can anyone recommend any good CSS extensions they use to extract/analyze CSS from great looking websites?

Even any great online CSS websites or tools, to help me get to grips and learn how to do some beautiful CSS sites.

Chrome Developer Tool "Inspect Element" comes with Chrome by default.

I know some websites that helps you in your css works to win the time, but the extentions in Google Chrome I don't think so!

you can use firebug development tool. it id free and supported firefox and chrome.
