I want to shar an idea with you and I want to know your advices

I study the programming in my country I want to create an application with c# like ninja blaster,
just auto poster in facebook's group, just thes, but I dont know f that possible

so what you think about my idea ??
can I really do it ?? and what I have to study to create an application like that
