I need serious help. I am about to launch a product very soon with the following funnel. Have emailed CB support since last Tuesday but they are totally on silent mode.

Product 1 - main product
Product 2 - upsell 1
Product 3 - upsell 2

I managed to get all products approved by CB and also the pitchplus upsell flow approved with all the upsells 1 and 2.

The funnel
1. From main product to upsell 1 - seamless .. no problems. When I buy from main product, it automatically flow to upsell 1.

The problems start here:-

(A) On Upsell 1


2. When someone buys from upsell 1 , he should be taken to upsell 2 automatically but it is NOT happening :-

When someone declines, he should be send to a download page for the main product BUT now it still goes to the order page for upsell 1

( B) On Upsell 2

Same problem on decline link for upsell 2. When I click the link to decline, it goes to the order form for upsell 2, when it should be going to the download page

Can anyone please help me or point me to a person who can? I am desperate for a solution as my launch date is very very soon and CB support is of no help do far.

Any paid solution is also welcomed.
