problem configure related posts

I've just downloaded a custom template for my blog (I am using blogger platform), however, I am not able to configure related posts and instead of showing every post with its image, it only displays post with (no image)

  • Have you uploaded a feature image on every blog post? It might be the reason why the post appears with an image.
