Mobile Site not working

My daughter built a her first site that she is having problems with, katiemiller.io The mobile site is flashing and unusable. The laptop/desktop versions work fine. Also, the mobile simulation pages look fine, but on a real phone or tablet it doesn't work.

We're at a loss as to what is causing this issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Brian

    Hello Brian,
The website katiemiller.io is loading the content from katieannmiller10.github.io in <frame> tag. Why are you using frames? Loading the content in frames is not a good idea when it comes to the mobile devices.

I would recommend not to use frames. Just upload files from katieannmiller10.github.io to katiemiller.io. Also, you will need to slightly edit your css file (and maybe html) to make the website look good on mobile devices, but this is the only solution I see to fix your problem.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you for the replies. We got some help and it is resolved, at least on a demo site that we were given. I am not sure what the changes were, but my daughter will implement them and update her site.

  • Rather go with the latest version of CMS. They offer the responsive layout by default and plus they are pretty easy to edit as well.
