I want a create real estate app

If you want personalized real estate app that is related to your business and that's what I assume, then you have actually two options:

1. Developing app for Android based mobile phones (Samsung, etc.)
2. Developing app for iPhone based iOS (Apple phones)

Both are different. So you need first to decide which one your app will be built based on. I don't want to go into detailed comparison and I highly recommend you checking difference from Google. You can develop your app with both platforms.

So once you have decided which one to go with then it's time to learn programming. There are lots of tutorials for Android programming and for Apple apps as well.

Another option that you have is to hire somebody to develop your app but of course this will cost money but is less time consuming for you.

When you program it will take much more time and especially if you are new to programming it will take at least few months to get familiarized with programming. Luckily most of programming languages have common basic logics, like conditions, loops, variables and so on.

well, I can not agree with favconnection. Lokki88 made his point pretty clear and I totally agree.

Flex is simply a presentation technology, so real question which language is used for backend. And here come real price for flex so called cross platform.

As coder I would suggest to get native apps for apple and android devices.
