Look mate, you are not the first one who is asking how to develop app. This forum is to help others with their questions and not here to give full code for how to develop an app. You need to take time and learn programming. If you can't use android studio, then check some tutorials on Google or YouTube.

Start from something very simple app, like printing out Hello World and then start to learn slowly more advanced stuff.

With no offence but those kind of questions "how to create xxxx app" is stupid and very broad question. You can have different ways on how to develop such app and there is no specific way to do it.

I suggest you google something like: "How to develop Apps for Android .pdf"
