Web application or website

Hello warriors,

i'm Mus, new member hear. It has been just few days that i heard about Warriorforum.com, so i decided to subscribe to share with you my project.

Well, i'm out of programming and web science, i'm instead on civil engineering and construction LOL. That doesn't mean that a civil engineer won' have any interest about programming or web science.
Well, as i said i'm hopeless on web science, and my project is to create an application that could use and treat data of a website and tp tell us if a result is positive or not. Then, depending on this result i can or not buy a ticket.
I know it's not clear, but i need your help to show me what are first steps to do ? what should i do first ? what are steps to realize before programming ?...etc

Thanks to all of you, either you answer to my demand or just read it

    well ... I don't think it can be clear to anybody.
    What do you want to do ?

    From this sentence I cannot understand if by application you mean mobile app you can install on your smartphone ?

    Try to put some effort into describing the problem in simple words, take pencil and piece of paper and try to draw schema if it helps .

    If I understand you correctly, sounds like you're talking about Data Science. Collecting and analyzing data then making predictions based on a study of pattern recognition is called Machine Learning (ML).

    If this is what you're trying to do but you don't know that this is what you're trying to do, then you're not ready to do this right now. This is not something you can just do without any knowledge and experience in this field.

    You can learn this. But, you have to be very interested in it and totally dedicated to the learning process. It will take a while.

    This is what I do for a living. What I can share with you is that it takes a couple of years of a totally committed effort to be good at this.

    But, when you get it right, it's a lot of fun!
