Does it take a long time to learn how to create web apps

I have noticed vendors nowadays sell software packages and or web apps. I know sometimes they outsource them but I was wondering if one can build one fast without previous experience and what does he need to learn to achieve this. Thanks

  • Simple web apps can be built using pre-existing js framework and html.

    So you have to learn html/css and some basic javascript. For more serious apps you'll need to also learn php and mysql.

  • Well if you are well versed with programming language, then it will not take you much time to learn of developing the web app you just need to design a good database structure and once it is all done then you are set for a good web application.
