Can someone tell me how they did this?

On this site there is a slider at bottom of post/page . Myrtle Beach Home Services | For All Your Home Services Needs I am building a site similar to that for my area. I would like to put a slider in at bottom of page.

lady who owns that site is not using a plugin for it as best as I can determine. I am not real sure how she did this as I don't know PHP or CSS.

Can anyone tell me how she did this and how I may duplicate it, not too complicated. My programing skills are pretty basic HTML and I am not real good at that.

I believe the code starts at right after line 200 in the source if someone wants to take a look for me.

Any help is appreciated and I thank you for that now.
Will this plugin do what I want?

    You can do that using Bootstrap Carousel. But, you said in your post that you don't know PHP and CSS, in that case you just won't be able to build a site like that.

    Actually if you don't know CSS, you can't really build anything. Even the most basic webpage requires some knowledge of CSS.

        Yep, I heard of WordPress? I would never use it, but yes, I heard of it. Your post confused me because you said you were "building a site". So, I thought you were really building a site... In my book, using WordPress is not really building a site. Get it?

    Don't be afraid of the code. Bootstrap makes it very easy to add stuff like carousels. Here is an example template you could use or at least look at the source code. Snooping around source is a great to learn.

    You can use a js slider like the following:

    jQuery Content Slider | Responsive jQuery Slider | bxSlider
    jquery image slider/carousel/slideshow/gallery html5 ad maker


    You can also use content management like Wordpress and select a responsive them with content slider.
