Script for drop down menu of html language codes including country specific codes

I want to add a drop down menu for translators who register on my site to indicate their to/from language abilities. I need the html language codes that include the country codes such as "fr-CA" for Canadian French. I am sure this has been done and I am willing to buy it if I can find it somewhere. Any idea where to get a script like this?

The basic problem that you're going to run into is that the "formal" set of known, natural languages, e.g., ISO 639-3, covers over 7,000 languages. What you probably really want is more like the top 100 languages. It might be easiest to simply let them type the languages in full.
